We're hiring paralegals across multiple teams:

- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
n
- Workers Compensation (WC) and Work Injury Damages (WID)
n
- Public Liability (PL)
n
- Total and Permanent Disability (TPD)
n

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our lawyers, helping injured clients get the support they need. Along the way, you'll sharpen your drafting, build sound legal judgment, and learn what a successful team in a law firm looks like.

What you'll do

- Draft documents - letters, statements, submissions, claim forms.
n
- Communicate with clients, insurers, barristers, and super funds to keep matters moving.
n
- Develop judgment on claim viability and case strategy.
n
- Receive direct, specific constructive feedback to lift your work.
n

Who you are

n

n
- A paralegal or junior legal professional looking to build real skills. Prior experience not required.
n
- A solid writer - can summarise dense material into clear, plain English and draft letters, file notes, and submissions that don't need heavy editing.
n
- A clear, concise communicator in writing and on the phone.
n
- Organised, detail-focused,

- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fully digital firm.
