About the Role

n

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team on a full-time basis. You will play an integral part in the overall operation of the venue, focusing on building a positive culture and developing team members to deliver memorable experiences. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves making a guest's day.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service
n
- Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold high operational standards
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
n




- Drive sales growth and manage costs to meet business objectives
n
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, food safety, and RSA standards
n
- Maintain stock and inventory control, including purchase orders and reports
n

Requirements

n

- Previous management experience in a fast‐paced food and beverage venue
n
- Outgoing, motivated, and reliable with a team‐player attitude
n
- Energetic, guest‐obsessed, and comfortable in a high‐volume setting
n
- Strong communication skills and professional leadership presence
n
- Valid RSA certificate and full Australian working rights
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
n
