The Role

We're looking for a strong Backend Software Engineer with a Python and Django-focused stack, deployed on AWS. You'll work across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through to build, test, deploy and support.

n

This is a hands-on role with real business impact, building data-driven applications, automations and integrations that support critical operational systems, alongside a small, collaborative team.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Strong skilled experience with Python and Django
n
- Comfortable owning solutions across the full SDLC, from concept to production support
n
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms,



including containerised deployment
n
- Experience building APIs and data-driven integrations (JSON, YAML, XML)
n
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and database design
n
- A genuine team player who communicates well and collaborates closely with others
n
- Quick to pick up new systems in a fast-moving, varied environment
n

Highly Regarded

n

- Exposure to telecommunications or network environments (IP networking, device configuration, automation)
n
- Experience with microservices architecture
n
