About the Role

n

In this role, you will help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Health's personalised meal service guidelines.

- Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, are comfortable and well-fed.
n
- Work with our team to assist those residents who require additional support and care.
n
- Help our residents to enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.
n
- Be a supportive friend to our residents.
n




- Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.
n

n

You'll be a true team player and outstanding communicator, with a real desire to make a difference in people's lives and you will have a Cert lll or IV in Aged Care.
