SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant
n Location:Australia | Type:Permanent
n Salary:$160,000–$170,000 base + super & bonus (up to $210,000 package)

Join a large enterprise organisation supporting and enhancing its SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management platform. You'll work across Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Learning, partnering with HR and technology teams to deliver functional improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
n
- Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and deliver functional solutions
n




- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders
n
- Manage testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live support
n
- Work closely with development teams and third-party platforms, including ServiceNow HRSD
n
- Support continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Robust experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning)
n
- Experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations and/or support
n
- Knowledge of Employee Central and broader SuccessFactors integrations
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and functional configuration skills
n
- Experience with HR business processes and Agile delivery environments
