Royal Freemasons Centennial Lodge is currently recruiting two to three passionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to become valued members of our team on a permanent part-time basis.

Week 1

- Monday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm

- Wednesday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm

- Thursday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm

- Friday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm

Week 2

n

- Monday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
n
- Wednesday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
n
- Thursday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
n
- Friday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
n
- Saturday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
n
- Sunday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
n

Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of every resident.

n

About You

n

n
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
- Previous experience working in aged care including experience using ECase
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
n
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (mandatory)
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A genuine willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a positive team setting
n
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 to 3 shifts as outlined in the roster requirements
n
- Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently undertaking further nursing studies and can commit to the required roster
n

Your Responsibilities:

n

n




- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and resident needs
n
- Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice and organisational policies
n
- Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation using ECase and other clinical systems
n
- Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the Registered Nurse
n
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans
n
- Deliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best-practice guidelines
n
- Promote residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing
n
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, Registered Nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve positive care outcomes
n
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environment
n
- Participate in ongoing learning, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
n
