Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Project Management: End-to-end management of project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and perks realisation.
n
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, collaborating across multiple business units (Asset Management, Facilities, Events) and external contractors.
n
- Community & Place Engagement: Drive meaningful community engagement and handle sensitive community contexts to deliver lived-experience-informed design.
n
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports, briefing papers,



and governance materials for senior leadership and steering committees.
n
- Financial Monitoring: Track and monitor budgetary spending against targets, continuously identifying cost efficiencies.

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Project Management, Place Management, Contract Management, or a related field (or equivalent contemporary experience).
n
- Project Expertise: Proven experience delivering place-making or infrastructure projects within live public precinct environments.
n
- Communication & Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a track record of strong stakeholder management.
n
- Systems Proficient: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), project management tools, and CRM systems.
n
- Licence: A valid Class C Driver's Licence.
