Eltham Learning Centre For Children, is currently seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to join our team to cover a Kindergarten Teacher Holiday position for 4 weeks from August 24th - September 18th, 2026, for 3-5 days per week (9am to 5pm), with the potential of ongoing part time or causal employment.

We are seeking someone with experience in the 3-5 year age group, who is confident to implement our Kinder Program alongside our experienced Kindergarten assistant.

n

At our early learning centre we provide care and educational programs for children aged 6weeks to 6 years.All of oureducators are experienced, qualified and dedicated to the profession.

n

The centre is fully renovated, both indoors and outdoors which creates a welcoming environment for both educators and children.

n





The centre is open between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday for 52 weeks of the year.

n

Applicants must have completed a minimum of Diploma in children's services or be a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher, as listed as an approved qualification on the ACECQA website.

Successful applicants must have a:

n

- ECT or Diploma of Children's Services (as per ACECQA qualification list)
n
- Current Employment Working with Children Check
n
- Child Safety Training (Geccko approved)
n
- Current First Aid Training
n
- Current Child Protection Training
n
- Current Food Handling training
n
- Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the National Quality Standard
