We are a premier Paint Protection Film (PPF) and luxury detailing studio seeking a high-calibrated Sales & Admin Specialist to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their vehicle protection journey feels like a seamless extension of the luxury car-buying experience.

This role focuses on managing warm leads—no cold calling required. You'll engage with enthusiasts, luxury vehicle owners, and daily drivers who are actively seeking the best care for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management & Sales: Handle incoming warm leads across email, phone, messages, and walk-ins. Ask insightful questions to understand each client's specific needs and tailor the ideal protection solution.
n
- Client Concierge: Manage the complete client journey, including providing detailed quotations, handling inquiries, and managing professional client vehicle drop‐off and pick‐up procedures.

- Administrative Support:



Oversee day‐to‐day office and admin duties, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on quotes, and coordinate booking schedules with the workshop team.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a consultative sales role with a track record of understanding customer needs and closing deals.

- Structured Sales Process: Ability to demonstrate or walk us through your ideal sales process and consultative framework during the interview process.

- Luxury Service Mindset: Flawless communication, skilled presentation, and a genuine passion for high‐end customer service.
n
- Automotive Passion: Knowledge of or strong interest in automotive detailing, PPF, or high‐end vehicles is a major advantage (though technical training will be provided).
n
- Organised & Autonomous: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfortable handling basic administrative workflows.
