We're looking for a Finance Broker who wants to do more than just write deals. This is a role for someone who is motivated, commercially sharp, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment where your output is visible and your earnings reflect your effort.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Managing customer asset finance enquiries from lead to settlement across a range of lenders and products
n
- Prospecting and developing new business relationships
n
- Cross-selling insurance and ancillary products
n
- Using our industry-leading youX platform to manage your pipeline, quotes, and applications
n
- Contributing to a tight, high-performing team
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in asset finance broking
n
- Solid understanding of broker compliance obligations
n
- Credit analysis skills — you understand risk and how to mitigate it
n
- Proven track record working across multiple lenders
n
- Strong phone presence and selling skills
n




- High-level communication skills, written and verbal
n
- Proficient with Google Suite, CRM platforms, and VOIP systems
n
