As an Assistant Centre Manager in Training, you will:

- Complete a paid leadership development program

- Gain practical experience across classrooms, compliance and centre operations

- Build confidence in leading teams and supporting centre performance

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Experience as an Educational Leader or Room Leader (minimum two years)
n
- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills
n
- Sound knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and National Regulations
n
- A passion for developing teams and delivering high-quality outcomes for children
n
- Full Australian working rights
