Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2 Years PAE up to Special Counsel levels available)

A well-established multi-practice law firm is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its commercial litigation team based in Brisbane.

n

The firm has built a strong reputation over time and continues to see sustained growth, with a consistently busy commercial disputes practice handling matters across multiple jurisdictions.

n

The Role

n

You will step into an active litigation team with an existing pipeline of work, handling a broad mix of commercial and civil disputes from early-stage matters through to complex Supreme Court proceedings.

n

The work includes:

n

n
- Business, shareholder and partnership disputes
n
- Contract and construction litigation
n
- Property and leasing disputes
n
- Trust and estate disputes
n
- Defamation and regulatory matters
n
- Insolvency and recovery
n

n

You will run matters end-to-end (subject to your experience level), advise clients on strategy and risk, and operate with a high level of autonomy within a capable team.



You will work closely with Senior Litigators that are considered experts in their field.

About You

- 2+ years PAE and the firm is willing to look up to Special Counsel level (the role can be structured around your level)

- Strong background in commercial litigation
