About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager to join a well-established, supportive, and collaborative team within a respected and dynamic property group. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in managing a portfolio of vibrant neighbourhood shopping centres. This role would suit an experienced Retail Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Centre Manager position or an existing Centre Manager looking to further develop their career with a business that truly invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reporting
n
- Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery
n
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance
n
- Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders
n
- Manage the day-to-day operations of shopping centres, ensuring high standards in presentation,



safety, and customer service

Skills and experience required for this role

n

n
- Experience in shopping centre operations is essential, ideally as a Centre Manager or Retail Manager
n
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, rent reviews, and outgoings.
n
- NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (required)
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Drivers Licence (as role includes travel to other centres)
n
- Permanent role | Monday - Friday
