This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced 5-star hotel and play a key leadership role in delivering business growth while inspiring a high-performing team.

THE ROLE

n

- Report to the General Manager
n
- Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
n
- Lead, coach and mentor the Sales & Marketing team
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and key stakeholders
n
- Drive digital marketing, PR and social media initiatives
n
- Identify current business opportunities through market analysis and industry trends
n
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources
n
- Work closely with the hotel leadership team to achieve business objectives
n

THE MUST HAVES

n

n
- Previous leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
n




- A proven ability to drive revenue growth and commercial success
n
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics
n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- A proactive, collaborative and results-driven approach
n
