What You Will Do

- Deliver valuations across transactions, financial reporting, tax, and strategic advisory contexts.
n
- Act as a trusted adviser to private equity, corporates, founders, and CFOs on value drivers and deal mechanics.
n
- Collaborate with colleagues in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, and Restructuring to provide integrated insights.
n
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of analysts and consultants.
n
- Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and leveraging an established referral network.

What You Bring

- 6+ years in Valuations, Corporate Finance, or Deal Advisory, ideally from a Big 4 or leading mid-tier firm.
n
- Strong technical expertise across DCF, market multiples, and precedent transaction methodologies.
n
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders in high-stakes contexts.
n
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
n
- CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
