We are seeking a motivated Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join our client in a full-time traineeship chance.

n

This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in horticulture, arboriculture and environmental management and is eager to build practical skills while working in the outdoors.

n

Duties may include:

n

- Assisting with general parks and gardens maintenance
n
- Learning to recognise cultivated plants and cultural requirements
n
- Maintaining hard and soft landscapes
n
- Operating and carrying various tools and machinery, including ride-on mowers and park irrigation systems
n
- Following safe work practices
n
- Development of individual skills and knowledge
n
- Assisting team members and contractors to complete set tasks
n

This full time traineeship offers 38 hours per week of practical industry training and hands‐on experience within a supportive team environment. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a long‐term career in horticulture or environmental management.
