The Opportunity
n You will join a highly regarded Corporate team of approximately 45 lawyers, including seven Partners, Managing Associates and a Special Counsel, within a broader Corporate practice of approximately 90–100 professionals.

n

The team works on some of Australia's most significant transactions, advising leading companies, private equity sponsors and global organisations across a diverse range of industries.

n

Your experience may include:

n

n
- Public and private M&A; transactions;
n
- Equity capital markets;
n
- Corporate advisory and governance matters;
n
- Complex strategic transactions;
n
- Advising leading Australian and international clients.
n

n

The team works across a broad range of sectors including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, healthcare, media, technology and retail.

n

About You
n This chance is suited to a lawyer with approximately 5-7 years PQE who has developed strong Corporate/M&A; experience within a top-tier environment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Experience from a leading Australian or international Corporate practice;
n
- Strong exposure to sophisticated M&A; transactions;
n
- Excellent technical skills and commercial judgement;
n
- A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing.
n
