Your Mission

- Learn & Grow - Flooring & Carpets can be very technical. We are looking for someone who is willing to put in the effort to learn about the technicalities of our products. FloorVenue is differentiated by expertise and knowledge.
- Closing Deals - Discover the FloorVenue way of winning business. Hint: It's not by being cheaper. FloorVenue's branding is built on superior service and building trust. After all, there are a hundred ways flooring can go wrong - but FloorVenue will do it once and do it right.
- Hit Monthly Targets - You'll be working closely with a small team to achieve targets together. Our commission structure is designed to be fun and rewarding. Between showrooms, we often collaborate and share victories that reward the entire company.

What We're Seeking

- Commitment - We are NOT looking for short-term hires. FloorVenue seeks committed individuals who wish to work long-term and grow with us.




- Six Days / Week - FloorVenue operates 6 days a week, with Sundays and Public Holidays off. This is a non-negotiable for our company.
- Ambition & Progression - The truth is, we don't want you to be a Flooring & Carpet Consultant forever. We want you to aim higher and seek career progression in our growing business, from consultant to showroom manager.
- Driver's Licence - We will train you to conduct in office inspections and quotes. Half of the sale is in-store, half of the sale is on-site. FloorVenue may provide a company car for inspections if it becomes a primary aspect of your role.
- Retail Sales Experience - Candidates should have prior retail sales experience to excel in this customer-facing consultancy role.

FloorVenue's Offer

- Very competitive base pay between $65,000 - $80,000 P.A, depending on your experience and abilities, and guaranteed wage growth with tenure.
- Monthly performance bonuses as a percentage of closed invoices, so we win together as a team.
