Electrician – Service, Maintenance & Small Works

TCA Electrical | Service & Maintenance Division

We're TCA Services — the maintenance and small works arm of TCA Electrical, a quick growing electrical company made up of a team of 20+ sparkies, established in 2015. We look after hospitality venues, retail fitouts, high-end homes, and property portfolios across the eastern suburbs and beyond. Most of the Service team have been with us 4+ years, and the rest aren't far behind - which tells you something about how we run things at TCA.

What the job looks like:

n

Your own van, and run of regular clients, and a mix of work that keeps you sharp: switchboard upgrades, fault-finding, lighting installations, small project work, the occasional emergency callout.

n

Direct contact with property managers, venue owners, and homeowners — you're trusted to make the call on-site, not wait for someone to tell you what to do

n

Office based in the inner west, but you'll get around — Eastern Suburbs, CBD, the Hills, and so on.

n

What we're looking for:

n

Licensed electrician (or a late-stage apprentice who's already operating solo and ready to step up)

n

Someone who can walk onto a job, diagnose it,



and own the outcome — not just follow a checklist

n

Comfortable talking to clients

n

Flexible with working overtime as required

n
