This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to focus on end-to-end technical project delivery. The role is primarily project-based, involving the design, implementation, and delivery of modern infrastructure solutions, alongside providing high-level technical support for complex escalations. You'll work within a specialist team supporting organisations across the mining and heavy industry sectors, with a hybrid working model and regular customer site visits across South East Queensland.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure projects
n
- Deploy and support Windows Server, VMware and Hyper V environments
n
- Implement routing,



switching, wireless, VPN and firewall solutions
n
- Deliver infrastructure refreshes, cloud migrations and technology modernisation projects
n
- Produce high quality technical documentation, solution designs and project handovers
n
- Mentor engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance
n
- Contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of AI driven technologies across project delivery
n

n

Skills/Must Have

n

n
- Previous MSP experience delivering infrastructure projects
n
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure
n
- Windows Server and virtualisation technologies
n
- Strong networking experience across routing, switching, wireless and firewalls
n
- Excellent customer facing communication and documentation skills
n
- Experience with automation, scripting or AI technologies is highly desirable
n
