What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our people and supporting the successful delivery of our Civil Maintenance contract at Yarwun.

n

You'll:

- Lead and support Supervisors and operational teams
n
- Build a positive, safety-first culture where people can thrive
n
- Develop and mentor employees while driving performance
n
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
- Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
n
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
n
- Support workforce planning and future leadership development
n
- Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and business goals
n

You'll be backed by experienced Supervisors and technical experts, giving you the support to focus on leadership, people development and operational excellence.
