We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Carpenter to join one of our dedicated construction teams.

n

About the Role

n

This is a great opportunity for a qualified carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, supportive team.

You will work alongside our Leading Hands, Supervisors, apprentices, and other trades to deliver quality residential projects from start to finish.

n

The successful applicant will enjoy:

Full-time secure employment with consistent work

Working on the same project from commencement through to completion

Projects located throughout North West Sydney (Hills District)

n

Working close to home and reducing travel time

n

High-quality residential projects ranging from renovations to larger projects up to $1.5 million

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Complete residential carpentry works to a high standard

n

Work efficiently as part of a construction team

n

Follow plans, drawings, and specifications

n

Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail

n

Assist with:

n

Structural framing

n

Roof carpentry

n

External cladding

n

Lock-up stage works

n

Internal fit-outs

n

Doors and windows

n





Skirting, architraves, and finishing works

n

General carpentry and building tasks

n

Work collaboratively with Leading Hands, Supervisors, apprentices, and subcontractors

n

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

n

Communicate professionally with clients and other trades when required

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

Certificate III in Carpentry

n

Current NSW carpentry licence

n

Residential carpentry experience

n

Experience with renovations and extensions preferred

n

Solid knowledge of residential construction

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Solid attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

n

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team

n
