About The Role

n

As Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run efficiently while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Coordinating daily schedules and job allocations
n
- Managing customer communications and service enquiries
n
- Resolving customer concerns and post-move issues
n




- Supporting operational planning and logistics
n
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
n
- Liaising with drivers, removal crews and office staff
n

n

About You

n

You'll be someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys finding solutions.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in operations, scheduling, logistics or administration
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
- Confidence handling customer concerns professionally
n
- A proactive and positive attitude
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
n
- Previous experience within transport, removals or logistics is highly regarded but not essential.
n
- MR or Forklift Licence advantageous but not required.
n
