NSE Accommodation Pty Ltd operates a growing portfolio of accommodation properties across Victoria, including a boutique CBD-fringe hotel in North Melbourne, a large-scale accommodation facility, and holiday properties in the Bright/Ocean Grove regions. We're undertaking a focused project to modernise and unify our property management and distribution systems across all sites.

The Role

n

We're looking for an experienced RMS (Property Management System) expert to join us on a contract/temp basis to lead a hands‐on project across our four‐property portfolio. This is a technical, detail-driven role suited to someone who lives and breathes PMS configuration, channel management, and OTA distribution.

Engagement type: Contract / temporary, project-based Potential: Genuine pathway to a full time role for the right candidate once the project is delivered

What You'll Be Doing

- RMS Online setup — configure and fully onboard all four properties onto RMS Online, ensuring accurate room types, rate plans, inventory rules, and property settings
n
- Channel management overhaul — review, clean up, and update all facets of our channel management across existing OTA connections (rates,



availability, mapping, restrictions, content)

- New listing setup — create and launch a new OTA listing for a newly renovated property, including content, imagery placement, rate structure, and channel mapping
n
- Quality assurance — test bookings and rate/availability flows across channels to confirm accuracy post-setup
n
- Documentation & handover — provide clear documentation of the configuration so our internal team can maintain it going forward
n
- Recommendations — flag any opportunities to improve rate parity, channel mix, or revenue performance across the portfolio

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Demonstrated hands‐on experience with RMS (RMS Online essential)
n
- Strong background in channel management and OTA distribution (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.)
n
- Experience in a revenue management or channel manager capacity within hospitality or accommodation
n
- Confidence working independently across multiple properties and stakeholders
n
- Strong attention to detail — this project touches live inventory and pricing across a real, operating portfolio
n
- Available to start promptly and commit to the project timeline
n
