About the role

n

We are seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our team at our Newcastle Recycling Facility in Mayfield West. In this hands-on role,



you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery to support the efficient processing and movement of recyclable materials.

n

Responsibilities

n
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, with primary focus on front-end loaderoperations
n
- Perform daily pre-start checks and routine inspections to ensure plant and equipment are safe and operational
n
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
n
- Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines
n

What we're looking for

n
- Proven experience operating front-end loaders in a waste management or similar environment.
n
- Solid understanding of waste management, resource recovery operations, and materials processing.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision.
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
- A commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
n
- Relevant operator tickets and licences.
n
