About You

n

We're looking to speak with experienced Facility Managers who have:

n

- A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a residential aged care home.
n
- A proven track record of achieving strong clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
n
- The ability to inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A passion for delivering exceptional resident care and fostering a positive workplace culture.
