We're looking for a Leasing Consultant & Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Beach House. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career by gaining hands‐on experience across both leasing and property management within a premium Build‐to‐Rent community.

The Opportunity

n

You'll play a key role in supporting the resident journey, from welcoming prospective residents through the leasing process to assisting with the day‐to‐day management of the community.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Managing leasing enquiries and conducting apartment inspections.
n
- Converting enquiries into signed leases and coordinating resident move‐ins.
n
- Assisting with routine inspections, maintenance coordination and tenancy administration.
n
- Supporting resident enquiries,



lease renewals and day‐to‐day property management.
n
- Maintaining accurate records across leasing and property management systems.
n
- Working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
n

About You

n

You'll be customer‐focused, organised and eager to develop a career in Build‐to‐Rent.

n

You'll bring:

n

- An Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, leasing, real estate or property.
n
- Robust communication and organisational skills.
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn both leasing and property management.
n
