The Shead Group is aleading hospitality business in Brisbane CBD that owns and operates a number of premier Gentlemen's Venues including Love & Rockets and Honey B's.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Love & Rockets and Honey B's. This position requires an individualwith a driven and outgoing personality, whose focus constantly remains on offering a unique experience to our devoted and new customers. If you are ready to excel, continue to learn and grow while alsotaking ownership, you are the person we want.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who enjoys service and bringing venues up to the next level as well as:

- Management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
n
- The ability to reachsales and exceptional customer service skills
n
- Drive service, compliance and product passion with staffthrough extensive team training
n




- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
n
- Excellent personal presentation
n
- Be a team player and have the ability to motivateand energise a team
n
- Full availability as this position involves nights and weekend work.
n
- a currentRSA / RMLV / Approved Managers License or have the ability to obtain these qualifications
