A Cut Above Bar & Grill is Berwick's premium steakhouse, offering quality food, handcrafted cocktails, an extensive wine list and genuine hospitality in a modern, upmarket setting. We're looking for an experienced Casual Bar Manager to join our team!

About the Role

n

As our Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Front of House team while ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding service. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading and motivating the team during service.
n
- Preparing a range of premium classic and signature cocktails to a high standard.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
n
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and premium beverages.
n
- Managing stock control, ordering and stock rotation.
n
- Ensuring RSA compliance and responsible service practices.
n
- Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the bar.
n




- Working closely with our restaurant management team to ensure seamless service.
n

About You

- An experienced Bar Manager or Senior Bartender ready to take the next step.
n
- Passionate about cocktails, wine and premium beverages.
n
- Confident leading and developing a team.
n
- Friendly, engaging and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
n
- Well organised and able to remain calm under pressure.
n
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Holds a current Victorian RSA.
n
