Job Description

JBS Australia is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Dinmore. You'll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely and reliably, delivering some of Australia's best beef brands to customers around the world.

This is a fast-paced operational role. You'll execute planned maintenance, drive reliability improvements, and use your electrical fault-finding skills to prevent issues before they impact production.

About the Role

- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment across a beef processing facility
n
- Execute planned maintenance using SAP
n
- Apply strong fault-finding skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
n
- Support reliability programs that reduce unplanned downtime
n
- Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and plant efficiency
n

Shift Options & Rates

All roles start at Level 3 with progression to Level 1 based on demonstrated competency.

- Day Shift (6:00am – 3:20pm)
n
- Afternoon Shift (2:00pm – 11:20pm)
n
- Night Shift (10:00pm – 7:20am)
n

Note:

n

n
- Fortnightly 42-hour work week
n
- Fixed roster with a 9-day fortnight
n
- Night shift attracts higher penalty rates on Friday and Sunday nights
n
- Weekend Crew works a 4/3 – 3/4 fortnightly roster (Fri–Mon, 4:00am – 4:00pm)

- Background in manufacturing or heavy industry

- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team
