Learning Ladder Early Learning Centres Pty Ltd As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting educational programs for pre-primary students. You will lead a team of educators to create an environment that promotes the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of every child.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Designing and implementing high-quality educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
- Planning and structuring learning in both indoor and outdoor environments using a variety of materials.
n
- Promoting language development through storytelling, role play, songs, and rhymes.
n
- Observing and evaluating students' progress to detect signs of developmental needs or health issues.
n
- Leading and mentoring junior educators and supervising student teachers on placement.
n
- Engaging in regular parent‐teacher consultations and participating in community support programs.
n
- Ensuring all practices align with the National Quality Standard (NQS).

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Qualification:



Relevant Bachelor or Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as recognized by ACECQA/AITSL).
n
- Registration: Current (or eligibility for) registration with ACECQA as an ECT.
n
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a early childhood teacher in a childcare or kindergarten setting.
n
- Compliance: Valid.
n

n

Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.

n
