What You'll Do:

- Achieve revenue and margin targets

- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Solve problems and streamline operations

- Drive business growth and identify new opportunities

- Maintain a high-performing and team-oriented work culture

- Travel intrastate and to Tasmania and South Australia to ensure relationships and sales are met

What You'll Bring:

- Ideally a university degree relevant to our business e.g chemistry,



science or engineering
n
- Proven leadership in sales – ideally 3 plus years
n
- Exceptional customer service mindset
n
- Strategic thinking with hands‐on management style
n
- Ability to motivate, develop and support high‐performing teams
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Tech‐savvy with advanced IT skills and strong SRM Management
n
- Positive, adaptable, and ready to make an impact
