Job Description
Aurora Allied Services is a NDIS registered behaviour support and psychology provider looking for skilledRegistered Behaviour Support Practitioners/ Psychologiststo join our team. Our vision is to support all people to thrive in an authentic way.

What You'll Do
n
Conduct neuro-affirming and trauma informed assessments.
n
Develop individualised strengths-based person-centred behaviour support plans.
n
Ensure all practices comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
n
Work closely and regularly with clients, teams and families.
n
Conduct regularface-to-facevisits to build strong therapeutic relationships.
n
Produce NDIS required plans withinNDIS timeframesand skilled in identifying Restrictive Practices.
n

People who have experience working with: children, dementia, severe intellectual disability and mental health, highly advantageous.
n
Solid communication skillsand a friendly, empathetic approach.
n
You hold relevant qualifications with a strong research and report writing skills (e.g.,
Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Education etc).
n
Essential-You hold a current driver's license and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
n
Essential-You have current NDIS Worker Screening.
n
Essential-ABN + Professional indemnity and liability insurance (by commencement date).
n
Essential-Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
n
Essential-Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Pay and Capability Framework
