Our recently expanded business is seeking experienced welders and trade qualified boilermakers to join our professional and supportive team in Albury, NSW.
n
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday with typical hours 6.24am - 2.30pm with overtime available on a needs basis.
n
RESPONSIBILITIES
n
As a production operator you will focus on the production requirements of the Albury site. This position will see you use a wide variety of equipment and machines to achieve quality production in a secure and efficient manner.
n
Demonstrates a high commitment to safety as a core value

Undertakes work on corrective actions leading to on time closeouts
n
Conducts pre task risk assessments for new and non-standard tasks
n
Perform assigned duties in a timely and safe manner
n
Works to assigned production orders as directed by leading hand or production team
n
Reads, interprets and produces to the supplied drawings for each production order
n
Confirms production quality routinely during each production batch
n
Maintains housekeeping standards ensuring work areas are clean and free of hazards
n
Willing to coach and mentor peers
n
Ability to work under minimal supervision and also as part of a team
n
QUALIFICATIONS
n
Have either a trade qualification (Cert III Engineering - Fabrication) or 3 years relevant experience.
