Structured Onboarding & Clinical Supervision

- A 2-week supported induction period (with full shadowing of all clinicians across the clinic)

- Gradual caseload increase and lower new graduate caseload across the first 12 months.

- A 12-month learning journey with mapped goals

- 1:1 Weekly supervision/mentoring with internal and external OTs for new graduates
n
- 1:1 Fornightly supervision/menoring with internal and external OTs for early career and experienced clinicians
