Your Role:
n
n
- Provide high-quality assessment,
intervention, and therapy services for NDIS and private clients.
n
- Supervise and mentor junior OTs and support the growth of the OT team.
n
- Contribute to program development and best practice initiatives within the organisation.
n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
n
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation and reports.
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
n
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in occupational therapy.
n
- Previous experience in paediatrics, adults, disability, or community settings is highly desirable.
n
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
n
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of clients.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
