- Complete a fee free, nationally recognisedCertificate IIIin Business or Certificate III in Financial Services.

- Work Full Time in a branch locally.

- Receive mentoring and support from a specialised and experienced Maxima Consultant.

The Role:

n

As aTrainee, you will provide exceptional service to customers, across a number of areas in the bank from telling through to concierge.

n

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Welcome customers and offer exceptional service
n
- Assist with bank transactions, cash handling and savings needs
n
- Educate customers on digital banking services
n
- Provide relevant advice to customers
n
- Follow-up customer enquiries, delegating where required
n

- Positive and proactive approach

- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
n
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
n
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
n
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office

Role Requirements:

- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander

- Able to provide 100 points of identification to complete a background check
