Griffin College RTO 41501 is a leading registered training organization that delivers high-quality vocational training to international students in Brisbane.

We are seeking a "Part-time trainer" for our RTO who is committed to providing quality training in a supportive and skilled manner. The successful candidate should be able to deliver the following qualification on weekdays (3 days a week)

CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services

n

As a Community Services Trainer, you will deliver training and assessment in Community Services courses, curriculum/course material development and delivery, work placements, student work assessment, and results reporting.

n

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

n

n
- Develop and conduct training sessions
n
- Facilitate and assess students' assessments for units of competency
n
- Participate and contribute to the validation and moderation of learning resources and assessments
n
- Identify and assess students who need additional learning support and provide feedback promptly
n
- Maintain, develop, and modify learning resources and assessment tools as required
n




- Participate in industry consultation activities and new programs as required
n

n

Skills and Qualifications:

n

n
- CurrentCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher (TAE40122 or equivalent)
n
- Diploma of Community Services (CHC52025 or equivalent)
n
- Work and industry experience in community services
n
- Experience developing and updating training packages in line with relevant industry and compliance standards.
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- High-level organisational, administrative, and time management skills
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds
n
- Self‐motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving results in a flexible, small team environment
n
