TAG have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a well-established hospitality venue based in Albury, NSW. This role offers flexible casual shifts, a vibrant team environment, and the opportunity to develop skills within hospitality, bar service, and gaming operations.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting venue operations, and creating a positive experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Serve customers in the bar and gaming areas in a friendly and professional manner
n
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
n
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-presented bar area
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
n
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
n
- Assist with general venue operations as required
n
- Support team members during busy service periods
n
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
n

Skills & Experience

- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Previous hospitality, gaming, retail, or customer service experience preferred
n
- Table service experience preferred but not essential
n
- High attention to detail and presentation standards

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Current RSA & RCG or willingness to obtain
n
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented approach
