Job Description

Eatons Hotel has recently reopened in the town of Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley NSW. This large venue has TAB & Keno facilities, 27 Accommodation rooms, several dining areas and a Large Public Bar Area. 'Eatons' is looking for a Hotel Licensee to manage the business with support from Hotel Group Senior Managers.

The successful applicant will need

n

n
- Minimum 2 years Management / Supervisor experience in a Hotel or Club venue.
n
- RSA, RCG, ARCG and Licensee training or ability to obtain before opening.
n
- An ability to work with Bar Staff, Chefs & Waitstaff to offer a family friendly Hotel style cuisine and experience
n
- Robust team work & excellent communication skills
n
- Computing skills capable of using Excel, Deputy, Senpos and other required software.
n




- Drivers Licence and reliable car
n
- National Police check or ability to obtain before starting with the organisation
n
- Experience in managing Accommodation in a previous venue will be desirable
n
- Work References available on request
n
- Availability to work a 7 day roster with on call expectations when required.
n

Remuneration will be inline with experience and performance,

n

Base Salary and Overtime to be negotiated around working hours and rosters. Ability to include onsite accommodation in salary package.
