What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the Store Manager to drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
n
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing tailored solutions.
n
- Coordinating orders and ensuring service, sales, and delivery deadlines are met.
n
- Contributing to all aspects of store operations, including customer service, housekeeping, stock handling, and load preparation.
n
- Generating new business opportunities and building solid relationships with existing customers.
n
- Leading by example and supporting the team to achieve results.
n

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail,



trade, or customer-focused sales.
n
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
n
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, hands‐on environment.
n
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
n
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
n
- The ability to motivate, support, and positively influence a team.
n
- Sound computer and stock management skills.
n
- A current driver's licence.
n
- Physical capability to assist with warehouse duties, including packing and loading.
