Summary:

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a food service establishment, ensuring high-quality service and food,



managing finances, personnel, and logistics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Hire, train, and supervise staff

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Manage inventory and order supplies
n
- Oversee food preparation and quality control
n
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Deal with customer complaints and resolve issues
n
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
n
- Manage finances, including budgeting and forecasting
n
- Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders
n
- Generous salary 85K-88K + Super

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred
n
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
n
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
n
- Knowledge of food preparation and service
n
- Ability to manage personnel effectively
n
- Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
n
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
n
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
