The Role

n

Working closely with the Sydney Business Development Manager, you'll become the key contact for an established customer portfolio while ensuring enquiries, quotes and orders are managed from start to finish.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing and growing existing customer accounts through proactive phone and email contact.
n
- Responding to inbound sales enquiries and preparing quotations.
n




- Following up quotes and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
n
- Supporting the Business Development Manager with quotes, customer appointments and sales administration.
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and activities within the CRM.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and enjoys working with customers.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, account management or sales support.
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
n
- A proactive attitude with excellent follow-up skills.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
n
- Experience using a CRM or similar sales system.
n
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales.
n
