Key Qualifications and Experience

Essential: Knowledge of MMA and combat sports to effectively engage with members and prospects.

Mandatory: Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets and building relationships.

Preferred: Familiarity with Mindbody Online or similar membership management software to streamline administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales by promoting our programs and converting leads into loyal members.

n

Contact potential leads via phone to schedule trial classes and nurture interest.

n

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through email, social media, and other channels.

n

Support members with administrative tasks, such as account management and queries.

n

Handle retail sales of gym merchandise and equipment to enhance the member experience.
