Who will you be working with?

You'll work alongside experienced claims and motor professionals in a collaborative team environment, reporting to a supportive Motor Assessing Team Leader. What will you be doing?
n
n
- Manage allocated motor claims from assessment through to repair outcomes
n
- Assess vehicle damage through virtual assessments and supplier reports
n
- Determine causation, coverage, damage and appropriate repair methods
n
- Review repair scopes and provide accurate, cost-effective recommendations
n
- Prepare and review damage repair quotes and estimates
n
- Build strong relationships with repairers and internal stakeholders
n
- Negotiate repair scopes, costs and outcomes with repair networks
n
- Deliver quality customer and stakeholder outcomes throughout the claims process
n
n
What do you need?
n
n
- Panel Beating or Automotive Spray Painting qualification, or relevant experience
n
- Previous experience in motor assessing, repair estimating or a related role
n
- Strong understanding of vehicle damage and repair processes
n
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to embrace technology
n
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and commercial decision-making skills
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Willingness to complete background checks and paid training
n
- Flexibility to work across Sydney assessment centres when required
