Job Description

DDN Storage is seeking a Senior Designated Support Engineer to deliver a pristine experience on DDN's technologies. You will apply deep Lustre and Linux knowledge to solve complex customer challenges and maintain solid relationships with key accounts.

This remote role may require travel and occasional on-site visits, plus a one-week on-call rotation for critical issues. You will collaborate with engineering and education teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
