We are seeking a client facing Application Specialist based in either Sydney or Melbourne to deploy and support their software platform directly on-site at major hospital and healthcare networks.

n

What your day to day will look like:

n

n
- Deliver simple, qualified demonstrations, structured workshops, and hands-on system training for on-site user groups.
n
- Partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders to listen to how this product can become even more helpful.
n
- Spend up to 50% of your time traveling directly to customer sites to lead deployments and support software go-live windows.
n
- Manage change-requests and collaborate with regional deployment and product teams.
n

n

What you can bring to the team:

n

n
- Experience in an Application, Implementation or Process Delivery Support.
n
- A basic grasp of Computer systems and Computer networking principles.
n
- Local/Interstate travel required (all travel reimbursed)



* IfMelb based -Will need a valid driver's license & reliable personal vehicle * IfSydney based -No car needed, but will still involve interstate travel
n
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the confidence to guide and train on-site clinical and IT stakeholders.
n

Nice to haves, either:

n

n
- Prior experience configuring, deploying, or supporting Patient Administration Systems (PAS), Clinical Information Systems (CIS), or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.
n
- A tertiary qualification in Health, Biomedical Science or a Clinical domain (e.g., Nursing/Allied Health).
n
- An understanding of health informatics standards, hospital reporting requirements and local healthcare legislative controls.
n
- Experience deploying systems within related clinical environments (such as community health centers, blood services, or aged care facilities).
n

- Remuneration: Up to$110,000 - $140,000 base + super +a highly competitive, multiplier-driven yearly target incentive scheme
n
