We're seeking reliable Pickers / Process Workers to join their growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, process work, or production experience who enjoy hands‐on work in a fast‐paced environment and are looking for ongoing casual employment with flexible part‐time hours.

Role Overview

- Part‐time roster, generally 2-3 days per week.
n
- Minimum 4‐hour shifts, with the potential for full‐day shifts.
n
- Ongoing casual work, although full‐time hours are not guaranteed.
n
- Weekly rosters issued based on production requirements.
n
- Supportive team environment with on‐the‐job training.

Duties

Working as part of the processing team, your duties may include:

n

- Reworking products outside the clean room, including:n n
- Sleeving
n
- Folding
n
- Packing and unpacking
n
- Labelling
n
- Repackaging
n
- Boxing
n
- Palletising
n

n
- Picking and preparing products for dispatch.
n
- Conducting quality checks.
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
n
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
n

n

PPE & Site Requirements

n

Although this role is outside the clean room, similar presentation standards apply:

n

n
- No makeup.
n
- No false eyelashes.
n
- All existing grooming requirements remain in place.
n
- High-visibility clothing is required.
n
- Steel cap boots are not required - enclosed joggers are acceptable.
n
