We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista / Front of House team member to join our café. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages to café standards.
n
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
n
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
n
- Serve food and drinks efficiently.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, dining area, and coffee station.
n
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
n
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and café staff to ensure smooth service.
n

Skills & Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
n
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee.
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
n
- Able to work under pressure in a busy café environment.
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required.
n
- Valid Australian work rights.
