The Opportunity

n

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's performance and culture, leading from the front to inspire both your team and customers.

n

You'll be responsible for:

Driving sales and exceeding store targets

n

Coaching, developing and motivating your team

n

Building a high-performance culture

n

Managing roster, wages and store operations

n

Visual merchandising and maintaining premium store presentation

n

Recruiting and developing future retail talent

n

Delivering strong commercial results while protecting the customer experience

About You

Previous Store Management experience in fashion, lifestyle, swimwear or premium retail

A proven track record of achieving sales targets

Solid leadership and coaching skills
